Privacy notice

Short version: this site sets no cookies, runs no third-party trackers, and collects the minimum needed to run an early-access list. Here is the whole of it.

Who we are

CRA Label ("we") is the operator of cralabel.com. Contact: hello@cralabel.com. Full legal operator details will be published here before commercial launch.

What we collect, and why

• Waitlist email. If you join the early-access list, we store your email address, the page language, and the country derived from your connection (not your IP address). Purpose: contacting you about CRA Label early access. Legal basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in launching the service (Art. 6(1)(f)). We do not send anything unrelated, and we never share or sell the list.
• Aggregate page statistics. We count page views first-party: path, language, referrer, and country. No cookies, no IP addresses, no device fingerprints, no identifiers of any kind are stored. These records cannot be linked to you.
• Hosting logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) processes IP addresses transiently to deliver the site, as any web host does.

Cookies

None. That is why there is no cookie banner.

Retention

Waitlist emails are kept until launch communications conclude or you ask to be removed, whichever comes first. Aggregate statistics contain no personal data and are kept indefinitely.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, and you may object to processing. One email to hello@cralabel.com does it — deletion requests are honored without argument. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

Processors

Vercel Inc. (hosting, USA — EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) and Supabase (database hosting). Both act under data-processing agreements.
